Ernesto Martinez, Jr., CPA, Esq.

Ernie earned his Law Degree from Columbia University in 1987 and his accounting degree from the University of Miami in 1983. He received his Master in Taxation in 1997 from Florida International University.

Elder Law Partners has allowed Ernie to fully realize his passion for helping families deal with the difficult issues of health care, special needs, disabilities, and estate & legacy planning.

Mr. Martinez is a member of The Florida Bar and a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
He is also a Florida Certified Public Accountant. Ernie treats every client with respect and integrity.

Ernie is a frequent speaker to community groups and recently was a speaker to the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants on elder law, estate planning and the recent changes to the Medicaid laws that became effective in November, 2007.

Ernie is married to his college sweetheart and has a 20 year old daughter in college. His family also has two dachshunds, bitsy and bailey.
